The Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWE) supports the participation of startups and young companies at leading international trade fairs. Find out more about the trade fair program and the funding criteria, and submit your application for funding today.

Subsidized Joint Stand “Young Innovators”

The joint stand “Young Innovators” enables startups and young companies to present themselves to a professional audience at ECS and showcase their product innovations. NürnbergMesse organizes the joint stand.

The Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control (BAFA) reimburses up to 60% of the stand costs. Submit your funding application today if your company meets the following requirements:

  • Your company is headquartered and operates in the Federal Republic of Germany.
  • You meet the current EU definition of a small enterprise (fewer than 50 employees and an annual balance sheet total or annual turnover of no more than EUR 10 million).
  • Your company was founded within the last ten years.

Exhibitors at the joint stand “Young Innovators” receive the following services

  • Stand space with standardized stand construction and basic furnishings
  • Standardized stand signage
  • Lighting
  • Power connection and consumption – green energy –
  • AUMA fee
  • Marketing services
  • Cleaning and waste disposal
  • Stand security
  • Use of shared areas, including meeting corners, storage cabin, kitchenette, and general Wi-Fi access
  • Hostess services
