Since its debut under the name “Farbe und Lack” in 1991, the European Coatings Show has grown into the most important global event for the coatings sector. In 2025, the show set new records with 1,215 exhibitors. The impressive international participation – 73% of exhibitors and 67% of visitors – underscores the European Coatings Show’s position as the world’s leading exhibition for the coatings industry.

From its success, a global network of premier events for the coatings industry has emerged, including ABRAFATI, American Coatings Show, Pacific Coatings Show and the Paint India.
